Ms. Ashmeen was always available for support as we normally have a very hectic schedule and was finding it very difficult to balance and work and academics. Dr. Mohamed said (Knowledge For All - KFA ) is the best trainer for lean six sigma belts due to his simple and accessible style and information delivery. The program introduced me to basic information about lean six sigma and the DMAIC methodology, finding the root cause of problems, and sustaining improvement gains.

The trainer good and the length of the lecture was acceptable. The pacing of the lecture is great, especially for those who are just starting their careers with LSS methodology. Service team support is good. I had issues during Mock test enrollment with delayed approval to start. However, final assessment was opened immediately upon request.

The program was very effective. The discussions were informative and clear. Ms. Rose was helpful and approachable. She was very willing to assist and support me throughout this course.

The program is well designed and put together. Easy to understand and follow. I would suggest that the tutors refrain from using languages other than English as it is distracting to learners. My facilitator, Faizan, was very very supportive during this process. He followed up on queries and questions within acceptable timeframe – even earlier. Always courteous and respectful.
