The program is very well suited during these challenging times where physical classroom training is not encouraged due to the dangers the pandemic (Covid-19) poses. Customer support was excellent and very professional. The training is systematically designed in such a way that Green Belts will gain the learning intended from the course. And the trainer was really very knowledgeable and well experienced yet he is able to share the knowledge within our level of understanding and comprehension.

Program was very well designed for all hierarchies whether it's a fresher, intermediate or an expert. Ms. Akhter is a wonderful trainer. She listens to each and every query of students and gives maximum real time examples to clarify doubts. My heartful thanks to her. Ms. Vanshika was always there to clear my concerns and assisted me throughout the course journey. I am satisfied with the program for it was full of information necessary to equip us with the LSS principles. The course/lectures were clear and provided us with videos and other materials that helped/guided us throughout the whole duration of the course from simple to complex ones which is also a good thing. During the course, many real-life scenarios were given for us to better understand and relate to each topic and then apply these in our daily lives- may it be at work or personally. Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable in his field and knows what he is doing and talking about. He makes things that seem complicated to us be simple and relatable. He was also very engaging which can also boost your interest as the class went on. He was very patient as well in answering all questions and making sure no one is left in doubt. Glad I pursued and I am grateful for this opportunity. Hope I can take Greenbelt soon! Counselors were very accommodating and just one chat away. They made sure all my concerns were attended to and acted right away.
