The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!

My trainer Mr. Shashi is very good in teaching, he knows very well how the complex things can be easily teach, Ms. Surbhi describes the course and the facilities very well. The training includes both theoretical and technical, they will show you how it is done in real life work, also set example for each step. The trainer was able to discuss the topics in the master class in a Layman's Terms. Hoping to get Blackbelt once I am finished with the Master Class. Ms. Rose is very helpful with regard to your inquiries and problems. She was able to guide me throughout the different training sessions. The online course of Six Sigma Green Belt facilitated by IMC Institute was a great foundation and avenue for learning Six Sigma Green Belt. The program immensely demonstrate the critical area for improvements in management. It elaborates different scenarios and gives a complete dissection of the lessons being taught. Overall, the program exhibits a great and functional teaching environment with high standard on management and analysis. I experienced 2 counselors. First, I had V as my counselor. He is so responsive and does a great job in assisting me in my inquiries and problems. The next one is Sofia. she assists me with everything i needed. On top of that, she coordinated some personnel to help answering with my questions. Overall, I am satisfied with my counselors.

The training program is comprehensive covering all the required areas of Six Sigma that we should be aware of, Trainer is very knowledgeable to give real-life examples of situations in the work environment which can be related, which helps in easy understanding of the concepts.
