The LSSYB program was very informative. A lot of helpful principles and applicable learnings. The video was also crucial in ensuring that the learning was well understood. The program is excellent with great customer support that is religiously giving her utmost assistance. The training is clearly communicated with regards to the set-up, schedule, outline, etc. The trainer as well as excellent knowledge on the subject and the teaching strategy is great as well as giving practical examples.

The trainers are very knowledgeable of the topics and their experiences are reflected on the things that they discuss. I hope that there would be more examples of how these things can be applied in different industries. Schedule was a challenge as well but all in all it was a good experience.

The trainer is very good explanation, easily understandable. Appreciate it. Ms. Nanka Kumari is very good at her work, she even helps outside working hours without any hesitation. I liked her ethical way to help and approach to work. I am forced to thank her for her support to complete my course flawlessly.
