I am happy to share that I have been certified by IMC Institute as a Certified Lean Sigma Green Belt. The Program consists of 19 videos conducted by two well-known faculties in this field. Besides, the Mock test and various course materials provided by the Institute were really helpful to complete this course. I am so glad to complete the course and finished the final assessment on my first attempt. It equipped me with amazing new skills in Lean Principles, Testing, Analyses, Hypothesis, Process, and DFSS Tools. The training program helped me to understand the Lean and Six Sigma techniques and the program covered all the required areas of the Six Sigma course. The course helped me to understand DMAIC techniques and learned statistical approaches on how to reduce the variations and also learned the lean techniques for Identification and elimination of waste in the process without compromising the quality.
