The program and training material was comprehensive and well organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi was excellent in his field. Ms. Farheen Lodhi is a brilliant counsellor. She can encourage and instil hope in the client. She was very supportive throughout my training session. The service team was good and impulsive. Mr. Shashi is very knowledgeable, diligent, and has a unique style of teaching that allows you to understand the lessons very well.
