Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. The trainer is patient in answering all of my questions. the training timeline was followed, and very efficient in time and effective. I'm no words for Arfa she has been great before I even enrolled in the course. she even replies to my queries even in the middle of the night.
