The program is very educational and informative especially for me as a working in the Production and operations department of my company. He gives examples that were easy to understand for someone like me who is first learning the importance of Lean six sigma. The program was good. The trainer is a real experienced Master Black Belt, who have completed LSS projects in their career. Shares actual examples on how the SS phases were done with tips on what to look out for. Zeba is amazing. She will work out a plan on how to get you onboard, and makes sure you are taken cared.
