The training videos were clear, structured, and very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step made it easy to understand. The counselors Shaza, and Vaibhav were always there when i need them. Answered all my questions, made themselves available even on their "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all their help. Trainer were very great and Knowledgeable. Surbhi was a great assistance to me. she worked with me , eventhough she know I am having difficulty in Financing my study in IMC , but she work with me. Assist me farther beyond. To the Service Team, they understand my struggles but they see my tenacity to get that education I needed for my work.
