The way the program was structured is excellent. Our Trainer Mr. Shashi is evidently a master of his trade, a well experienced LSS practitioner who was open to sharing practical lessons during the program. Trainer was very clear in her explanation of the content and how all the topics may be asked during the examination, I found that very helpful.
