The aspect that I liked the most are the examples and scenarios used to illustrate the tools and system (MiniTab)The trainer is really competent and manages to explain the concept quite easily. it is also good to know that the trainer is available for the students. Everything was perfect. i really appreciate sofia, always available, responds quickly, patient. I am completely satisfied with his professionalism and his customer care.

Just started with the program and I already have signicant learning related to my line of work. Getting more excited to get the LSSGB and LSSBB certificate. The content is very informative. Rose is very responsive.

The program is very interactive. Mr. Shashi is really a good teacher. Very entertaining to questions. Amina Sana has been really patient with me, guiding and answering my questions from the day I inquired up to this day that I am enrolled already. The program is great & so as their trainers. A lot of thanks to Mr. Shashi who made this tough course so easy. After completing this course, it made me feel like, even after working in manufacturing Industry for so many years, I was a missing a lot; that gets fulfilled only after this completion.

Mr Shashi is very detailed and never leaves a topic until everyone in the class understands the topic. Im truly impressed by his expertise on the lessons.
