The session and examples provided by Mr. Shashi were easy to understand. The same examples could be used in our real-world circumstances which made the course very practical and relatable. My Counsellor was very supportive and responsive. The Service Team was responsive to queries and support needed.

I am very satisfied with the program and trainer. Miss Akhter taught us very well and with clarity of mind. All questions and queries were answered by her in detail. Miss Farheen Lodhi was a very empathetic and good counsellor. She helped me and guided me very well about the course and later carried on the course. I had some problems in payments that she resolved that's why I was able to carry on the course. I was not in contact with the service team directly but surely they were on the back end who resolved all problems and helped me get it done. I am surely very much satisfied with the service team.

Dr. Mohammed Said is a wonderful and influential trainer, with abundant and focused information, who can use information, simplify it, employ it, and link it to previous information with high professionalism.

Mr. Pankaj discussed the entire program clearly and was easy to understand. The real world application of the samples made the discussion more interesting and easier to understand and appreciate no matter the industry you come from. The service team is very approachable and has a sense of urgency. They explained the flow of the program very well.

It is very interesting and really sensible program for learning. I really enjoyed the topic and I gained knowledge with it. To the Trainer Mr. Prakash please extend my gratitude to him for his generosity in imparting knowledge in teaching experience especially LSS Program among us. The program and trainer were great. The counselor Ms. Shaza was really helpful in assisting with the exam procedures/schedules which had some technical issues, but she was really helpful in coordinating with the technical team and helping in fixing the issues, so I could complete the exam on time.
