Ms. Michelle is undoubtedly a pillar and a campus in shaping and strengthening my determination to successfully achieve high class certifications. lt is her support and urgent feedback that kept me motivated as and when the need arise to seek help in my study towards LSSGB. The IMC service team is exceptional in its operations and service provisions. It is a welcoming centre of excellence, easy to refer colleagues to acquire excellence training.

Abishek is a good trainer, very patient to explain on questions from students. Ayisha and Shaza are both very helpful and responds on a timely manner.

Lesson is too long and slow. Could have been better if compressed in 1 or 2 hours maximum but the institution’s customer service and guidance is excellent!

The programme was excellent and Mr. Pankaj Chauhan processes good knowledge of six sigma and is good at explaining all subject matter in a good and precise manner and had given good examples to clear the queries during the session. Ms. Vanshika is excellent to explain the contents of the course and is very helpful at any stage till the completion of the exam.

Thank you for a great course and it was structured very well. Remarkable presentation with lots of opportunities to ask questions and talk about real-life examples which all made for a really enjoyable and informative course. I will take away lots of things that I can quickly and easily apply. Rohit Virmani is a perfectly engaging presenter, very easy to listen to and the course was just the right mix of theory and practical demonstration. I would like to appreciate Ayisha for her fabulous support on my journey to the BB and the entire program was very seamless because of her.
