I am very satisfied with the program and trainer. Miss Akhter taught us very well and with clarity of mind. All questions and queries were answered by her in detail. Miss Farheen Lodhi was a very empathetic and good counsellor. She helped me and guided me very well about the course and later carried on the course. I had some problems in payments that she resolved that's why I was able to carry on the course. I was not in contact with the service team directly but surely they were on the back end who resolved all problems and helped me get it done. I am surely very much satisfied with the service team.

The training program is comprehensive covering all the required areas of Six Sigma that we should be aware of, Trainer is very knowledgeable to give real-life examples of situations in the work environment which can be related, which helps in easy understanding of the concepts. The way the course is conducted with the training materials makes it easy to understand and to memorize all the relevant information, and practising with sample files in Minitab is very helpful in learning how/which method to use to analyze data. Mr. Shashi is very knowledgeable, diligent, and has a unique style of teaching that allows you to understand the lessons very well.
