The program about the green belt training certification program is excellent. The way it was delivered is cleared and precise. Very understandable and clear. Understood the way the trainer delivered the lecture in training. The support training is awesome, very supportive, and easily contacted immediately. Assisting me in taking the training for any queries I arise.

The program conducted by IMC was very helpful and Mr. Shashi Prakash's classes were very detailed. His explanation of the concepts and the ease with which he breaks down the topics helped achieve this feat. Ashmeen was very helpful and guided me at every step of this journey. She always encouraged me that i was capable of passing this exam. Michelle, Suryansh and the team were very helpful in sorting any clarifications from the trainer and scheduling these sessions.

The course subject is completely impressive, very detailed, understandable and explained clearly because the Trainor was incredibly knowledgeable and articulate. Overall I enjoyed it and I liked that everything was straight forward and the flexibility of this course, it worked well with busy scheduling, and the expectations were clear and upfront.I intend on taking more courses at IMC in the near future. The Program was very helpful enabling me to further appreciate my current work and how to better improve it to become more efficient. Minor disruption was noted during the course of the virtual training (background noises from the Trainer) Shaza was very accommodating on all our concerns and assisted us despite no office. :)

The training was Excellent and very thorough with real life examples. I was able to learn the concept well. Ms. Archi is explaining and answering all my queries and is also able to explain the road map of the training well. The service team is very prompt and helpful in responding to and assisting with all sorts of queries.
