Perhaps the best training course I have ever attended. Mr. Shashi teaches in a very effective manner and his ability to explain complex concepts is amazing. He made a very complex subject look very easy. Noor has been very helpful ever since she signed me up for IMC. She is very sincere in her dealing and I am very grateful for her assistance throughout the session. Service providers were always at our beck and call and made sure that all meeting links, lectures, documents etc were readily available. They were spot on in fulfilling their duties.

The training was detailed and direct to the point. Engagement with the student is very much felt. I love how they apply practical examples to the scenarios and explain the concepts in a way that everyone can understand. Rose is very professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable about all the programs. She is quick to respond to my questions and very approachable. Mr. Shashi Prakash can teach anyone in an easy-to-understand manner he really makes sure you understand a concept before moving on to the next lesson. Ms. Michelle is very responsive to any inquiries about the course and very accommodating. The service team responses are fast and it will not take long. The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next. Kudos to IMC for making these classes available to everyone regardless where you are in the world. Farhan is very reliable and approachable. He is very hands on when he attends to my queries and is always available for discussion when necessary.
