The Program is wonderfully designed. Mr. Shashi is an outstanding trainer in his field and his subject knowledge is deep and his keenness to clarify all the doubts of the attendees is simply awesome. The program is very informative through the detailed discussion of Mr. Sashi. I was able to have a clearer idea of lean six sigma backed up with examples which I can use in my future projects. He is very knowledgeable of the topics and enthusiastic about what he is discussing. He also entertains all questions from the class. The Service Team is very assistive in all of my concerns especially when I lose my access to this account before. Immediate assistance was provided to me.
