Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. They do not allow my concerns to be left unattended for more than 30 minutes, which is extremely delightful on my part.

The program was great opportunity to learn and develop Skill. Trainer is expert in his field and able to explain on line. As the content is big in size, he was fast. Surbhi Tiwari is too cooperative and supportive. Michelle is nice and has a good time management.

Trainer is highly knowledgeable and the way of dissecting information through his experiences in the industry and the the way he conveyed these to us was excellent. All per-enrollment questions were answered properly and on time, which really helped in deciding to enroll.

Thank so much for your valuable training. I'm in the manufacturing field but I don't believe so much can be improved even from the small actions. Highly knowledgeable and in-depth course material and trainer taught it in a very professional way. In my opinion, I have got the best counsellor. She guided me always and ask about whether I am enjoying the course and understanding it properly. She is an amazing human and too professional. Though I have not interacted a lot they are the best.

Overall, a really great experience. I learnt a lot from Mr. Shashi and this course about project management which I feel will truly help me in all my future endeavours. The diverse range of resources provided throughout the course was really fun to study and gave me a thorough understanding of everything. Highly recommend! Ms. Surbhi has been the most kind and helpful person to me throughout this program. She helped resolve all my doubts and problems during this period and was available 24/7 to guide me.
