The trainer Mr. Shashi is thoroughly professional & have effective skills to train effectively specially with more than 50 students & online mode he has done a great job. Mr. Kumar has explained each topic really well. He has explained it in the simplest way possible. He is very patient in answering questions and is not hesitant to discuss things again to ensure that everyone understands every topic. You see, thanking HANISHA is an understatement. From enrollment process to attending class and queries in between she has been all out in assisting me. Not to mention, she always checks in and asks how my study and preparation is going, a couple of motivation and encouragement. The aspect that I liked the most are the examples and scenarios used to illustrate the tools and system (MiniTab)The trainer is really competent and manages to explain the concept quite easily. it is also good to know that the trainer is available for the students.
