Very useful course. The trainer is good one. Trainer is enthusiastic to teach and draw explanations on slides. She allows time for discussions and easily clarifies all the points. All counsellors in IMC are amazing. They are available 24/7 and they are really sincere in helping and guiding. They are actually the reason for which I subscribed with IMC.

The LSSBB program is adequately designed for professionals. Mr. Shashi Prakash has outstanding skills in LSS delivery. He has eased the complex calculations in simple steps which eases understanding at all levels. The response to inquiries was excellent. It will surely enhance my skills to excel in my career. Counsellor Aliya remained completely in touch throughout the whole process and is supportive. The service Team provided the Zoom links timely and ensured foolproof connectivity during the lectures.

The aspect that I liked the most are the examples and scenarios used to illustrate the tools and system (MiniTab)The trainer is really competent and manages to explain the concept quite easily. it is also good to know that the trainer is available for the students. Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.
