I am impressed with trainers knowledge on Quality and Lean Principles and quite happy for choosing IMC as partner in my Educational Journey. My consuller Vaibhav was quite prompt in responding to any queries raised over course or exam and quite professional in his answers.

Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.

I have enjoyed and definitely learned a lot from the set of course program and the flow of each lessons being tackled by the trainers. I can't wait to apply all of the learnings I got from Lean Six Sigma to my actual responsibilities at my workplace. Rose is very very accommodating and answers my queries with clarity and confidence. It was really very nice in terms of good faculty having a rich experience which can see his speech and briefing, interactive sessions, every topic with relevant examples, the opportunity for everyone to speak and briefing still everyone to satisfy. Assurance to ask any doubts after training classes. Very micro briefing about the examination. Very relevant. I hope this will help me to improve my personal development.

Overall SSBB training program is very good study material and instructor are excellent. Faizan and later Ms. Shaza were my consullers bother are nice and professional.
