Excellent program, and very informative. I have participated in other LSSGB training programs before but this is the first time it actually made sense to me. I have a better appreciation of Minitab for one. Ms. Rose was very helpful, and always available for questions. Mr. Kumar has explained each topic really well. He has explained it in the simplest way possible. He is very patient in answering questions and is not hesitant to discuss things again to ensure that everyone understands every topic. You see, thanking HANISHA is an understatement. From enrollment process to attending class and queries in between she has been all out in assisting me. Not to mention, she always checks in and asks how my study and preparation is going, a couple of motivation and encouragement. You should give her a bonus for being such a good employee and a partner to your institution. I am planning to take PMP class soon and I would still love to have Hanisha assist me again. Really, she made my Green Belt certification extra fun and enjoyable. Kudos to her!!!!!!!

Program is well organised. The trainer is knowledgeable and effective in giving lectures. It will make you stay awake. Mr. Farhan and Michelle are approachable and polite, easy to deal with.

Mr. Shashi is very knowledgeable, diligent, and has a unique style of teaching that allows you to understand the lessons very well. He didn't just focused on the theoretical concepts, but also cites a real-world examples to remember the significant points of the topic. Ms. Michelle is very patient and professional. Even though it is an online learning, the service team is very responsive and never failed to address the issues/concerns of the participants throughout the entire duration of the course.

The program was very informative and many new methodologies learnt which will help to overcome any business challenges. Many thank to Shashi who simplified training for us.
