Let me start by acknowledging - What a brilliant team this is. Right from the initial counselling session, to the program structure and of course the trainers. I have never seen a more organised team or program. The trainers are wonderfully knowledgeable in A to Z of Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement as the only way forward in the business world. IMC has given me the confidence to continue my personal passion for learning and updating myself. A very special mention to Ms. Soumya Verma, for not only being my one point of contact for any queries but also for being absolutely kind, patient, and helpful throughout my learning process. I thank Mr. Shashi for valuable guidelines and explanations during the class support in transforming information and delivering the knowledge of lean six sigma black belt. Training program is well arranged and properly scheduled. The training program is particularly good and valuable for us as we must keep ourselves updated about newer technologies in the field. The faculty was really very corporative and have learned alot.
