The trainer has great knowledge and experience. Everything is great the way he teaches and explains the concepts with real-life examples is exceptional. The program can be a little more challenging. I have got very fast responses whenever I had doubts. So he's been very helpful. It was an awesome experience overall.

The LSSGB Program is comprehensive whilst able to accommodate learners of various backgrounds. It is worthy to note that the IMC teaching model via online is easy and comprehensible. This would not be possible without our Trainer’s expertise and professionalism. He was graciously accommodating to our learning needs; ensuring that we totally grasp and satisfied the respective topics during the session. Indeed, my learning journey for the Lean- Six Sigma Green Belt with IMC has been fruitful and meaningful. Our IMC Counselor, Rose Ann de Luna has satisfactorily provided her awesome support in guiding and providing information necessary to continue the course. From the introduction of the program up to the assistance needed during the LSS program, her dedication was superb!

Training is so lively with best Trainers and current Industrial examples. Counsellor is ready to help any time. Service team is Customer centric, particularly my Service Manager Suryansh has helped in every step whether it is small or big, he is ready to help.

It was a great pleasure to attend the online sessions provided and the high level of care and follow up provided by Miss Michele and Miss Zeba. Zeba was really amazing as usual she helped me a lot and was available all the times i need support or assistance. The program provided a great experience to the learners. Although the majority of the sessions were done thru LMS and recorded virtual training, yet it was very comprehensive, insightful, and explained thoroughly for easy understanding. Kudos to Ms. Ayisha for a proactive, engaging, and practical session. It allowed me to participate in the training even though it was recorded. I am grateful to Shaza for actively accommodating all my queries and being with me on my yellow belt journey. Indeed, she's an extra miler, ensuring all my queries even it was weekend or late night due to time difference.
