Ms. Akther provides a clear view of what is Lean Six Sigma all about which can be of great value when applied to work and daily life and was knowledgeable about Lean Six Sigma. The program was very well organized and planned. Trainer (Mr. Shashi) is very knowledgeable and patient enough to clarify any doubts. Farhan was very encouraging and supportive. He was always available for answering any questions at any point in time (even on off days). I am really glad to have got in touch with him as he is one of the main reason for me to feel motivated in competing LSSBB.

The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!

The valuable time and effort given during the training session by Mr Shashi Prakash was helping me to deepen my understanding and be conclusive that I will follow the learning until become a certified black belt.
