Black belt session gives in depth knowledge of Problem-solving by apply proper Statistical Analysis tools. Its mind-blowing experience. Still hungry mind set to make charts in Minitab, Mr. Debasish explained the concept of using Black belt tools in Minitab. Wonderful experience. Mr. Shashi explained the DOE experiment well and practical test in Mintab prove scientifically. This training just happened to come at the right time for me in my career. Thanks, IMC & Ms. Akther, Ms. Ashmeen was very welcoming and understanding and did a good job of creating that safe space for me. I feel so affirmed while also being challenged. I love my counselor's interpersonal style and her focus on strategizing practical ways to address and approach mental ruts and hardships in the future.
