It is an excellent program which teaches the day to day problem identifications in projects and shows ways to solve those problems. The trainer was great and knows what he is doing. His experience is very good. Would just be better if it's a face-to-face class. Arfa is really great and accommodating. While doing this course, I had lots of things happening both in my personal life and work, and the extensions and accommodations are top-notch! The Service Team is always approachable and accommodating.

The training contains comprehensive information and learnings partnered with various references for the application and usage of Six Sigma in different case studies. In-depth study and analysis of the Green Belt coverage of Six Sigma. Rose is very helpful in addressing all my questions and concerns and she has been consistently prompt in her responses while maintaining a very friendly interaction.

Lesson is too long and slow. Could have been better if compressed in 1 or 2 hours maximum but the institution’s customer service and guidance is excellent!
