Overall the training was good and speaker was very motivational, Quick answering and good faculty. Faculty is very energetic and keep the entire team awake throughout the session. The program was prepared well that made us to know about the basic essential course in the lean six sigma which will prepare us for its next levels. However, the trainer had an excellent method to explain and deliver the content of the course that made us to know much about the course.

The program was designed excellently covering all the basics. Specially the trainer's notes are excellent. Mr. Shashi is an experienced trainer. The way he elaborates and communicates with the student explaining from zero level makes it easy for the student. Ms. Zeba was very supportive throughout the course. Honest to its commitment and course content. The quality of service was impeccable. Highly responsive to any issues. Determining to provide service even after the course expiry is highly appreciable.

The program was well-organized from start until the conclusion – the flow was clear, the instructor and the activities were engaging, the examples provided were relevant to the topics, and the pre-recorded materials and e-copies of the modules were also of great aid while taking the course. It’s nice to note that although the overall module was advanced in level, Ms. Jakther, our instructor, made it easy for us to process and digest with her clear discussions, and by providing real-life scenarios relevant to the discussion and related to our respective fields. With Ms. Jakther’s background, credentials, and dedication as a trainer, she is the perfect instructor for this course.
