The Trainer always encourages participation, and ensures that participants understood the discussion. This is a program for aspiring individuals who wish to contribute in process improvement for their company, by applying the methodologies and strategies derived from the lean six sigma principles. My counsellor has been very helpful in my journey to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. She assisted me all the way, and was very patient and understanding in addressing all my concerns. Ms. Neetu was very good in explaining topics and the pace of coaching was great. She was clear about the topics and very well managed to explain the Topics. The program is very educational and informative, especially for me as a Finance personnel who handles the planning and budgeting works of a company. The knowledge that I acquired will help me more to be confident in making decisions in the current role I have. The trainer, Miss Akther Jahan Khan is very knowledgeable about the Lean Six Sigma classes/topics. She give examples that a very easy to understand for someone like me who is learning the importance of Lean Six Sigma for the first time. Thank you so much for all the learnings mam. The program is excellent, not only because it is self-paced but also there are concrete examples given in every topic, and my counselor, Rose de Luna, helped in reminding me to finish the program.

The way Mr. Shashi explains the material is fantastic, he made it very easy with so many examples given to make things smooth and practical.
