It was an excellent training session which has given greater learning in a short time. Ms. Akter has given excellent sessions with simple examples and it made us understand the concepts more easily. My counsellor was good. The service team of IMC is excellent and immediately available for any assistance. Learning is never easy especially at this time of pandemic. I’m grateful for the opportunity to do this training with IMC. It was a great experience. Mr. Rohit has great communication skills and had clearly define all the topics.

Mr. Fasi was wonderful. He knew the topics well and lets the students participate in the lectures. He also addresses questions and inquiries for specified business sectors. Ms. Rose is always available for my needs and always accommodating my inquiries. The Service Team is always there to provide the information needed by the class.

The trainer, Ms. Neetu was very patient with us. She’s so generous in sharing her valuable knowledge. Michelle was quick to respond, appreciate all her efforts.

The Program was very helpful enabling me to further appreciate my current work and how to better improve it to become more efficient. Minor disruption was noted during the course of the virtual training (background noises from the Trainer) Shaza was very accommodating on all our concerns and assisted us despite no office. :)
