Training was good and Understandable with easiest way and demonstration. Presentation and Individual caring was good during the course time.

Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. The counsellor was really helpful and guided me well about the program. The service team was excellent, they've always provided prompt responses whenever asked anything by email. The program was really great, though it was held online but it is actually interactive and the full lectures including the recorded videos are shared by the training consultant. Zeba was very supportive and encouraged me to take the training. Glad to have met her. Michelle was very supportive and on-time to respond both in mail and whatsapp.

Perhaps the best training course I have ever attended. Mr. Shashi teaches in a very effective manner and his ability to explain complex concepts is amazing. He made a very complex subject look very easy. Noor has been very helpful ever since she signed me up for IMC. She is very sincere in her dealing and I am very grateful for her assistance throughout the session. Service providers were always at our beck and call and made sure that all meeting links, lectures, documents etc were readily available. They were spot on in fulfilling their duties.

The program really helps me in achieving my long time dream of becoming a certified lean six sigma black belt.
