The training program is comprehensive covering all the required areas of Six Sigma that we should be aware of, Trainer is very knowledgeable to give real-life examples of situations in the work environment which can be related, which helps in easy understanding of the concepts. I did not opted for online classes however gone through the recordings and Mr Shashi has done a fantastic job in explaining each and everything.
