It was very nice Program and Mr. Vijil is given nice guidance for me to pass this Six sigma yellow Belt exam and whenever i call he will response towards the call good manner for me. Michelle and Frixie was very nice in supporting for sending mail immediately for me.

Mr. Pankaj was really a fantastic trainer. His approaches to clear individual’s doubt is amazing. Sampadha was extremely co-operative always. In case of any difficulty during the course, she always stretched her supportive hands and the lead time were very minimal. Extremely good, supportive and co-operative. I attended the Virtual Classroom Training of Mr. Shashi. I really appreciate the flexibility of having the virtual classroom option open. It took me a while to find IMC and really grateful for Ms. Rose De Luna as she answered many of my questions when I decided to invest in my personal learning through this course. The IMC Team has been very responsive in answering my queries. The online platform is also great - In the virtual classroom setup, I have access not only to 1 class but multiple classes, (pre-recorded from start to finish). All materials were also shared up-front which assisted my learning regardless of timezone. As a working professional, this is really flexible :) I could finish this course thanks to the IMC team that reached out and gave me the nudge I needed. I was swamped at work and lost the motivation to keep going, but the way I receive little reminders via email, really put me back on track. The IMC team has been very responsive to my queries. Overall, great experience!

The trainer is patient in answering all of my questions. the training timeline was followed, and very efficient in time and effective. I'm no words for Arfa she has been great before I even enrolled in the course. she even replies to my queries even in the middle of the night. She deserves commendation and anything that will lift her ego up. Michelle Oronan is timely in sending the materials.

Excellent program, course content and Sashi is an excellent teacher to put things in very simple and plain statements. I would like to attend more classes with Sashi.
