The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. Although the program is good and informative and also the trainer explained well ensuring we understand the course with the available time. It is better if the schedule is planned with enough time so the trainer doesn't rush in completing the course within the stipulated time frame.
