The training videos were clear, structured, and very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step made it easy to understand. The counselors Shaza, and Vaibhav were always there when i need them. Answered all my questions, made themselves available even on their "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all their help. Mr. Fasi was wonderful. He knew the topics well and lets the students participate in the lectures. He also addresses questions and inquiries for specified business sectors. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt e-learning program is very convenient and very cost-effective. It is suitable for those who do not have a fixed schedule. This is a very good investment for those who wish to learn more and get trained in maximizing resources; preventing and controlling losses and variations; and ensuring that wastes, resource leaks, and risks are managed. The trainer is obviously an expert in the field particularly in the tools needed for Lean Six Sigma. My counselor, Kritika is a very accommodating counselor. She assisted me every step of the way, answering questions and guiding me on the steps I need to finish the course. Thank you very much!

It was an excellent training session which has given greater learning in a short time. Ms. Akter has given excellent sessions with simple examples and it made us understand the concepts more easily.
