Excellent program, and very informative. I have participated in other LSSGB training programs before but this is the first time it actually made sense to me. I have a better appreciation of Minitab for one. Ms. Rose was very helpful, and always available for questions. Trainer Mr. Shashi is very good at imparting requisite knowledge related to this course. He has profound knowledge and also makes things pretty simple.
