Excellent program, and very informative. I have participated in other LSSGB training programs before but this is the first time it actually made sense to me. I have a better appreciation of Minitab for one. Ms. Rose was very helpful, and always available for questions. The trainer had good observation and focus on the point and course material. and I enjoyed the skill of the trainer, I recommend everyone to take the course. A ppt or presentation centric to Minitab tool will be highly appreciated. I love and appreciate how instructor uses the excel to discuss his key points and lessons. Minitab exercises are at par and well discussed. The instructor displayed a good visual presentation of the course.
