The program supports executives who practice lean philosophy in management and continuous improvement strategies. Rose, my counsellor was accommodating. The service team was quick to respond to my inquiry. I was satisfied and looking for more trainings with team facilitating.

I did not opted for online classes however gone through the recordings and Mr Shashi has done a fantastic job in explaining each and everything. A ppt or presentation centric to Minitab tool will be highly appreciated. I love and appreciate how instructor uses the excel to discuss his key points and lessons. Minitab exercises are at par and well discussed. The instructor displayed a good visual presentation of the course.
