I really appreciate the time and effort to give us some examples and insights on how we can improve ourselves when we are now in the Industry using LSS. I can now use this knowledge in my current organization to help eliminate the possible errors and improve our process and system where user level can easily understand and identify all the risks via LSS. Lean Six Sigma has been my guiding principle in my engineering and manufacturing profession. I was trained by my mentors 8 years ago with LSS and practiced it then on during my employment. Getting this official certification for LSS Black Belt is an achievement and milestone and forever I will be grateful especially to my IMC Trainer. It was a struggle completing the course as I have job responsibilities and other milestones being started also. But IMC has been supportive and understanding. So after 3 months I am now Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Program is very clear to its objectives and class collaboration has been really effective. I also got my LSS Green Belt certification from IMC, so for me, it is continuous learning from the IMC Team. Farhan and Sofia are very supportive and understanding.

Would definitely like to take the opportunity to share the feedback. Firstly, Though it was an online program and not in-house, would strongly recommend your institute to others and the Training material was very helpful. Secondly, with no doubts I would say, your team is very supportive and quick in giving assistance whenever required.

I believe that a wide range of subjects was well addressed during the training. The harmony of the theoretical and practical approaches was appealing. I had the impression that my counselor genuinely cared about how I was feeling. She never failed to provide me with fresh tools and workouts. She assisted me in changing the way I perceived what I was going through and in developing greater emotional and response control. The course was really informative and fascinating. Many employees remarked on how beneficial it was. Mr. Shashi expertly conveys the information.

This was Great Program and the Trainer was well-experienced and had good teaching and guiding skills. Happy to Learn with him (Mr. Shashi Prakash) Good and Cooperate Teacher. Support in every problem Your Service team is really proactive. The service team Answer each query and timely update data on drives.

Trainer Mr. Shashi is very good. Very well versed with the knowledge. His practical way of providing training is very helpful. Soumya is very helpful right from start of my enrollment. I have never seen consellor helping students at every aspect of training. She is one of best consellor I have seen. Keep up the good work, Kudos to her.
