Shashi is top notch! Friendly, very smart and he made these complex topics simple by giving sequential steps to solve them. His teachings were not based on any kind of exam pattern but simply trained us to handle any kind of question thrown to us. Every phase had a test and that would give a clarity about our understanding about the topic. He stresses on getting our fundamentals clear and motivates you to read more and more on the topic. Apart from the course material, many many pdfs, excel, project learning were provided by him. Thanks to many practice sheets he has designed for us, which further helped to convert the theory understanding to practical application. Program: It is very nicely compiled course which is applicable for any business as a whole or even for individuals facing day to day issues during work. Trainer: Mr. Shashi himself has great knowledge about the subject. With simple examples during the classes subject became more interactive and interesting. Michelle supported me throughout the course. Service team has done a great job by compiling this latest and elaborate course and provided all recordings and other materials on time.

The program really helps me in achieving my long time dream of becoming a certified lean six sigma black belt.
