My overall experience with the training has been overwhelming. I had the opportunity to learn the material at my own pace. The trainer’s communication skills were excellent, and he was really prompt in clearing all my queries. The course demonstrates critical areas for improvements in management. The Program was very helpful enabling me to further appreciate my current work and how to better improve it to become more efficient. Minor disruption was noted during the course of the virtual training (background noises from the Trainer) Shaza was very accommodating on all our concerns and assisted us despite no office. :)
