Ms. Akther was very detailed in explaining the course. She ensures that everyone understands the topic before proceeding to the next. The counsellor and the Service Team were very accommodating.

Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. The counsellor was really helpful and guided me well about the program. The service team was excellent, they've always provided prompt responses whenever asked anything by email. Mr. Shashi has explained the whole concept of Lean Six Sigma brilliantly including those statistical tests, understanding on collecting data, and more, and with real life examples which made easier to understand.
