The program was very good I learned a lot and the lectures time was suitable for me. Mr. Shashi was fantastic the way I received the information was simple and direct. He was very interactive with the class. Zeba is incredibly helpful. She responded to my questions and concerns very quickly and guided me during the registration as well as during the course. The training was Excellent and very thorough with real life examples. I was able to learn the concept well. Ms. Archi is explaining and answering all my queries and is also able to explain the road map of the training well. The service team is very prompt and helpful in responding to and assisting with all sorts of queries.

The lectures were easy to understand, and real-life application scenarios are discussed, so it’s easier to imagine yourself working on six sigma projects while on the program. Ms. Shaza is very friendly and accommodating. She made sure I am able to finish the course and the assessment despite changes in my schedule due to demands at work.

The trainer was great and whatever he explained he explained in a very informative and detailed manner it was easy for me to learn too. Surbhi Tiwari is one of the most humble human i have came across, always response and always helps in times of need and very easy to contact too. She helps out in every way possible and i believe she is and will be a great asset to the IMC team. And the Service team is very quick and very cooperative in all the steps and simple through out the entire process.

I’ve been wanting to get certified for quite some time and very fortunate to have acquired it from IMC. This new learning gave me a better perspective in dealing with and solving business-related issues in the most effective and timely manner.
