I struggled somehow due to the language barrier, as the Indian facilitator paid a little more attention to their local attendees. Gladly, I was shared other recordings and further materials which I was able to maximize. Thank you for the consideration, IMC! Faizan has been in contract throughout the entire journey, and had been very supportive of all my questions and concerns. He is a delight to work with.

Being enrolled in this program was an overall great experience. Trainer displayed admirable knowledge on Lean Six Sigma, and conducted structured and effective trainings. Materials and topic references were also shared with the class, which helped me prep for the exam with ease. IMC's counselor is very responsive to my queries, and gave me email instructions promptly.

The program was very useful and relevant not only in aiding my professional competency/career but also to my personal outlook in life. The trainer was very accommodating, has indeed a subject matter expert with regards to her presentation and training materials, detailed oriented that makes every attendee understood. The program and trainer were great. The counselor Ms. Shaza was really helpful in assisting with the exam procedures/schedules which had some technical issues, but she was really helpful in coordinating with the technical team and helping in fixing the issues, so I could complete the exam on time.
