I'm fortunate enough that I enrolled for this course with IMC, from day one the discussion were crystal clear and all the questions were answered to ensure that we get a better clarity before enrollment. Faculty trainer is fabulous person and has complete knowledge about the subject and ensures that each individual gets an equal opportunity to participate and understand the subject, he makes the environment so interesting with his expertise that you feel like keep gaining the knowledge from him. How can I miss talking about Hanisha who helped me through out the process in enrolling to this course. The way she explained the course content and provided all the information that gave me the confidence to enroll for this course. Program: It is very nicely compiled course which is applicable for any business as a whole or even for individuals facing day to day issues during work. Trainer: Mr. Shashi himself has great knowledge about the subject. With simple examples during the classes subject became more interactive and interesting. Michelle supported me throughout the course. Service team has done a great job by compiling this latest and elaborate course and provided all recordings and other materials on time.

The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Mr. Punkaj was an excellent trainer. As bulky as the training materials were, the trainer presented them so simply and practicably. I learned a lot. A fantastic organization!
