I had recently enrolled for Lean Six Sigma course at IMC. It was really an amazing professional learning experience . The trainer Akther Khan way of teaching was excellent and the examples/exercises she gave us were really helpful in understanding each and every topic of the curriculum. The course content got well covered and she demonstrated the concepts very well. Thanks for such informative and concept-clearing training sessions. And the counsellor Dhanush Aji was extremely helpful and coordinated very well. He handled all the formalities very smoothly. Thank you! Let me start by acknowledging - What a brilliant team this is. Right from the initial counselling session, to the program structure and of course the trainers. I have never seen a more organised team or program. The trainers are wonderfully knowledgeable in A to Z of Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement as the only way forward in the business world. IMC has given me the confidence to continue my personal passion for learning and updating myself. The valuable time and effort given during the training session by Mr Shashi Prakash was helping me to deepen my understanding and be conclusive that I will follow the learning until become a certified black belt. I want to assure my trainer that my field of construction engineering will positively change because of my knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma. Michelle was a great counsellor throughout my training period, giving her time to make sure I keep on track and stay informed all the time. The aspect that I liked the most are the examples and scenarios used to illustrate the tools and system (MiniTab)The trainer is really competent and manages to explain the concept quite easily. it is also good to know that the trainer is available for the students. Everything was perfect. i really appreciate sofia, always available, responds quickly, patient. I am completely satisfied with his professionalism and his customer care.

Mr. Sashi Parkash did an exceptional job in presenting the material. He set up by explaining what he was going to teach us, summarized, and proceeded to teach, providing relevant real life examples. He found out what we handled and catered examples to us to make the Six Sigma Green Belt course meaningful. I appreciate Amina Sana ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings. Your active listening skills and empathetic approach made me feel truly heard and validated. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided to me.
