He gives examples that were easy to understand for someone like me who is first learning the importance of Lean six sigma. PMP virtual classes were clear, structured, very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step, very easy to understand. Support experience for the PMP training was great. Vaibhav who always made himself available whenever we need him. Promptly answered all our questions, made himself available even on his "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all the help.
