I believe a wide variety of topics were covered in a detailed manner over the course of the training. This was indeed a great opportunity and experience. Mr. Shashi Prakash was excellent with great communication skills and was really prompt in clearing all the doubts and confusions. This program helped me improve how I analyze data in a more statistical way using minitab which will be handy for other future projects that I will manage. Ms. Zeba Fatima is very helpful and very responsive when I have clarification about the program.

The Yellow Belt Certification Program is an excellent program run by IMC. Mr. Sashi Parkash did an exceptional job in presenting the material. He set up by explaining what he was going to teach us, summarized, and proceeded to teach, providing relevant real life examples. He found out what we handled and catered examples to us to make the Six Sigma Green Belt course meaningful. I appreciate Amina Sana ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings. Your active listening skills and empathetic approach made me feel truly heard and validated. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided to me.
