The training covered the concepts well but require more in-depth knowledge and sessions for practice and working on some life problems rather than doing just from course material doing them mechanically in Minitab taking sample data and not explaining which data is used for what and why such data is pre-populated.

Although the program is good and informative and also the trainer explained well ensuring we understand the course with the available time. It is better if the schedule is planned with enough time so the trainer doesn't rush in completing the course within the stipulated time frame. Coordination between trainer and arranging the schedules or class is good with efficient communication.

The program for LSSYB is comprehensive and informative. It provided me the basic information to proceed to the next step. The trainers are excellent in their field and well verse with the topics presented. It helps me learned a lot and provided me a clearer picture of methodologies and ways to go around the project I’m currently involve in. Highly recommended. Lesson is too long and slow. Could have been better if compressed in 1 or 2 hours maximum but the institution’s customer service and guidance is excellent!
