It is a very detailed and intense program with educational video material and PDF documents. The video quality is great and the content depth is at a good level. It is more than my expectation. The LSSYB trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash gave clear explanations. Ms. Amina gave clear explanations, I am happy to be enrolled with IMC for LSS. Great support from Service Team throughout the learning journey.

The program was full of information. The coach was more than wonderful. was the most prominent man in this program. A cooperative group that facilitated the trainees to communicate with the Institute.

The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Mr. Punkaj was an excellent trainer. As bulky as the training materials were, the trainer presented them so simply and practicably. I learned a lot. A fantastic organization! Black belt session gives in depth knowledge of Problem-solving by apply proper Statistical Analysis tools. Its mind-blowing experience. Still hungry mind set to make charts in Minitab, Mr. Debasish explained the concept of using Black belt tools in Minitab. Wonderful experience. Mr. Shashi explained the DOE experiment well and practical test in Mintab prove scientifically. I like the flexibility of the training program, it fits me well; and the uniqueness in teaching approach in each class makes IMC stand out of the competition. I attended two batches and I highly recommend that students to do the same. My first class was with sir Sashi, and I so love his passion for statistics and his whiteboard approach in teaching, very effective! My second class was with sir Debashish and his practical approach and classic training style complement the skills I gained from my first class. These two Masters are a perfect combo! To Rose Ann de Luna, she’s a pro! She addresses my concerns promptly and professionally. I know I am kinda annoying and demanding sometimes but Rose did manage my needs well. I also would like to commend Michelle, she assisted in all of my classes, very patient and dedicated. Kudos to both of you, Rose and Michelle! Cheers!
